Mereletinib intermediate has full name of 4-FLUORO-2-METHOXYANILINE cas number 450-91-9, Molecular formula C7H8FNO, Molecular weight 141.15. According to the relevant patent reports,Its synthesis process is using 2-nitro-5-fluoro-anisole as a raw material, through one-step reduction reaction get the target product of 4-fluoro-2-methoxyaniline. From the whole point of view this process is still not ideal, we believe that another method is better, using 4-fluoro-2-methoxy nitrobenzene as raw material,through catalytic reduction to obtain the target product. The detail procedure is as follows: added palladium carbon into methanol solution of 4-fluoro-2-methoxy nitrobenzene., through hydrogen,  stirring reaction for 20 hours at room temperature.
