Product Description

     Poly(allylamine hydrochloride) cas number is 71550-12-4,which is a cationic polymer electrolyte prepared by polymerization of acrylamide, which can be used to combine an anionic polymer electrolyte to form an absorbent film of a negative valence and a positive valence polymer laminate structure. Poly(allylamine hydrochloride) has many biochemical uses. His synthesis process is as following:
1. Add 50% by mass of HCl solution to the reactor, and lower the temperature to below 6℃, mix the acrylamine with the HCl solution, and mix with a charge pump at a temperature of less than 20℃ to obtain a mixture. A;
2. At the same time, 3-chloropropylmethyldichlorosilane is mixed with its 3 times by mass 75% ethanol solution, and stirred at a temperature of 60℃ with a charge pump to obtain a mixture B;
3. Mix mixture A and mixture B are stirred and mixed with a charge pump at a temperature of 40℃ to obtain a mixture C;
4. Vacuum distillation of mixture C at a pressure of less than 20 Torr for 35 min;
