Llaprazole CAS number is 172152-36-2, developed code IY-81149, was a new type of irreversible proton pump inhibitor that was developed in 1988 to treat ulcers and has been licensed for sale in 26 countries. The toxicity, safety, and efficacy of iculazol are better than those of the other 4 azole drugs currently listed. The efficacy of 5 mg llaprazole is equivalent to omeprazole 20 mg, lansoprazole 30 mg, and acetaminophen. Rappaazole 40mg, rabeprazole 20mg, is the strongest proton pump inhibitor. After being orally administered,llaprazole selectively enters gastric parietal cells and is converted into sulfenamide active metabolites, and H+ and K+-ATPase produce inhibitory effects on gastric acid secretion. The first-generation proton pump inhibitors have limitations in clinical applications because they can cause delayed gastric emptying, parietal cell swelling, and marked withdrawal of gastric acid secretion after discontinuation. As a new generation of proton pump inhibitors,llaprazole has overcome some of the defects of similar products in different degrees, and at the same time can enhance the efficacy of dystonia-like functional dyspepsia (GERD) and other acid-related diseases. .
