Propiverine CAS number is 60569-19-9, It is a antispasmodic drugs, solubility in water about 60mg / ml,which is a highly soluble high permeability drug. Animal tests show that this product has an effect on increasing the effective bladder capacity of model animals and reducing the frequency of rhythmic contractions of bladder contraction. The main metabolite of propiverine after oral administration is propiverine N-oxide, which directly acts on the smooth muscle. In addition, propiverine CAS number 60569-19-9 is a N-oxide deacetylation inducer with anticholinergic activity. Through the direct smooth muscle and anticholinergic effects,Propiverine and its metabolites inhibit the smooth muscle over-excitement, so as to reduce the frequency of micturition.
