4-chloro- Benzo[b]thiophene is intermediate of brexpiprazole CAS number 66490-33-3. We can also provide another compounds in the form of bromine. It is the primary intermediate of brexpiprazole, mainly for the synthesis of brexpiprazole high-level intermediate of 1 - (benzo [b] thiophen-7-yl) piperazine hydrochloride, we will referred it as piperazine hydrochloride salt. The conventional synthesis method is directly reacted 4-chlorobenzo [b] thiophene with piperazine to obtain piperazine hydrochloride, but since the substitution reaction is insufficient in the case where the chlorine atom in the 4-chlorobenzo [b] thiophene is not actively, easy to cause excessive impurities, which brings some difficulties to the post-processing and purification. So this method is not ideal.
