Product Description

     The process of 4,6-DICHLORO-5-NITRO-2-PROPYLTHIOPYRIMIDINE CAS 145783-14-8

1. 2. Add 910g of fuming nitric acid to 700g glacial acetic acid, cool down to 0~5 °C, add 700g of 4,6-dihydroxy-2-propylthiopyrimidine in batches, stir the reaction for 3h after adding, add water to crystallize, filter , washed with water, dried at 45 ° C under reduced pressure to give 728 g of 4,6-dihydroxy-5-nitro-2-propylthiopyrimidine;

3. Add 1.97kg of phosphorus pentachloride to 9.85kg of dichloromethane, cool down to -5~0 °C, and add 728g of 4,6-dihydroxy-5-nitro-2-propylthiopyrimidine in batches. After reacting for 2 h, 5 kg of saturated brine was added, and the mixture was separated, and the organic layer was evaporated to dryness to give 794 g of ticagrelor intermediate 4,6-DICHLORO-5-NITRO-2-PROPYLTHIOPYRIMIDINE CAS 145783-14-8.
