Another example, use 2-chloro isonicotinic acid as the starting material, potassium ferrocyanide as green cyanide, AgI-KI-PEG as a hybrid catalytic system, firstly cyanidation to produce 2-cyanoisonicotinic acid, and then directly use Phenyl Dichlorophosphat(PDCP) as the amide condensation agent under the action of hydrazine hydrate to get 2-cyanoisonic nicotinic acid hydrazide, and then condensate with 4-cyanopyridine to get Topiroxostat
